Right of the bat, we loved this recipe. It has two ingredients we enjoy in this household: ground beef and avocado. That’s all we needed to know to try these keto taco cups. But Delwin, “I thought taco shells had a lot of carbs.” Calm down, Susan, and for the love of God, that is your fourth glass of wine in the past 20 minutes. Anyways, the mad scientists at Delish.com came up with these taco cups made out of cheddar cheese. That automatically makes it one of our favorite low-carb recipes ever.
4.Low Carb Sesame Crusted Cod & Bok Choy
If cooked the right way, fish can be utterly delicious. But that’s not the main reason why we eat fish. We like to eat fish (Salmon, cod, tilapia) from time to time due to the significant benefits they possess. Cod is an excellent source of healthy fats such as Omega- 3 fatty acids. Omega- 3s, in combination with the high amounts of vitamins A and D, that cod possess, may: Reduce the risk of heart disease, help heal stomach and gut ulcers, support eye health, reduce inflammation, help with RA arthritis and improve bone health. And of course, I can complain about what recipes like this one can do for my waistline. Just check out the macros. Four hundred twenty-nine calories, 26 grams of fat, 15 grams of carbs, 4 grams of fiber, and 36 grams of protein per serving.
5.Grilled Chicken Parmesan
I must be honest. I was very skeptical about this recipe. Chicken and cheese, in my eyes, aren’t the right combinations. But Deanna from theharvestskillet.com made me a believer with this surprisingly delicious recipe! Click here for the recipe.
6. Cauliflower Mac and Cheese
Mac and cheese is a staple in pretty much every household in America. The problem is that mac and cheese is not very healthy. With all the added artificial flavors and ingredients, none of us can’t pronounce it, you better believe we have to stay away from it if we want to be healthier and better ourselves. But this low-carb recipe from dontsweattherecipe.com has 263 calories and only 5 grams of carbs! Not to mention that it gets rid of all those horrible artificial flavors and unpronounceable ingredients. Click here for the recipe.

Meat and seafood combos are so prevalent in restaurants. Not to mention, there is something so satisfying about hearing, smelling, and seeing the server come out with your sizzling dish. 11. Low Carb Spinach Cobb Salad
I’m not a fan of salads. It’s never going to happen for me. But, AttackonFatLoss.com isn’t about losing weight for the sake of losing weight. The point of this website is to help you become a healthier, better version of yourself. And of course, the same applies to Meli and me. That means, that at least twice a week, I have to eat a damn salad. Now, I understand that by looking at the picture above, you might utter something like, “Delwin, that salad has bacon in it, and bacon isn’t good for you.” In which I would reply 1. Don’t tell me how to live my life, Susan! And 2. BABY STEPS!!
The point of what I’m trying to say is, do not rush the process. Many of us dive headfirst into trying to build a new habit just to crash and burn 1 or 2 weeks later. If you have never eaten healthy in your life, you shouldn’t drastically alter your diet. Start by swapping an unhealthy meal with a healthier version or reducing the amount of soda you drink in a day.
That was a good rant lol.
So, to get back to this salad. It has bacon, eggs, avocado, and chicken. Four ingredients that I love. And therefore, this has become my go-to salad. Baby steps.
