Welcome to week #3 of our “workout of the week” series.

This WOD is in honor of Sgt. Zachary Tellier, a bronze star medal recipient, passed away on September 29, 2007, while on ground patrol in Afghanistan.

After saving two soldiers from a burning vehicle, Tellier was awarded the Bronze Star medal. A true hero.

 

The Workout

Instructions:

Perform all the reps of the first exercise before moving to the next exercise and so forth. Your score is the amount of time it takes you to complete the workout.

 

For Time:

  • 10 Burpees

  • 25 Push-Ups

 

  • 10 Burpees
  • 25 Push-Ups
  • 50 Lunges

 

  • 10 Burpees
  • 25 Push-Ups
  • 50 Lunges
  • 100 Sit-Ups

  • 150 Air Squats
